The Partners in Change Society (PICS) is dedicated to strengthening our communities to address ongoing, complex challenges. We do this by bringing together local leaders at least yearly to learn, experience and adapt emerging social innovation practices from around the country. 

We support community leaders and organizations to come together, learn, train, set shared priorities, and build the systems needed for lasting, collaborative change rooted in social innovation and collective impact.

The long-term vision for the Sunshine Coast Partners In Change Society is to host and manage creative gathering and co-working space for our non-profit sector. Our purpose is grounded in our core belief that when we orchestrate a thoughtfully designed, affordable, and inclusive gathering place for our local community leaders and their organizations, and when we support the space with meaningful ways to connect and create, innovation and systems change will emerge.
